Information collected

Jael’s Beauty collects the information needed to schedule and manage an appointment, including your name, phone number, optional WhatsApp number, selected services, requested appointment date and time, payment status, communication choices, and any optional reference photo you submit.

How information is used

Your information is used to check availability, hold and confirm reservations, process a booking deposit, communicate changes and reminders when you opt in, prevent scheduling conflicts, and help Jael’s Beauty prepare for your requested service. The final service price is discussed separately with you.

Payments, calendar, and service providers

Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Jael’s Beauty receives the verified payment result and does not store full card details. Booking data may also be processed by hosting, calendar, messaging, and payment providers only as needed to provide these services.

Text message and WhatsApp choices

Text and WhatsApp updates are optional. If enabled, they may include a reservation code, status, payment link, appointment changes, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP after messaging is activated, or contact Jael’s Beauty to change your WhatsApp preference.

Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Access, security, and contact

Clients can use the reservation-status page with their booking reference and phone number to review their reservation. The owner dashboard and reference photos are restricted to the salon owner. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure, but access controls and limited data collection are used to reduce risk.
