Booking Terms

What the website books
The website identifies the service well enough to reserve the required appointment time and, when applicable, collect a booking deposit. Exact styling details and the final service price are discussed directly with Jael’s Beauty. Hidden scheduling durations are used only to reserve enough calendar time.
Reservation confirmation
A paid appointment is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful booking-deposit payment. A selected time is held temporarily during checkout and can become available to another client if payment is not completed before the hold expires. Standard Wig Prep is confirmed without a booking deposit.
Changes
A confirmed reservation can be moved to an available date or time through the reservation-status page until 48 hours before the appointment. After online changes close, contact Jael’s Beauty directly for assistance. Moving an appointment does not change the selected services.
Wigs and preparation
Clients currently provide the wig and hair. Advance Wig Prep requires drop-off at least 48 hours before installation unless a same-day prep-and-install service was selected. Standard Wig Prep includes knot bleaching, hairline plucking or customization, and lace preparation.
